It all began in the beautiful countryside of South Devon, where I grew up. My mum taught me early on to harness the power of food – raising me on organic local produce and sharing her passion for maintaining health and vitality through lifestyle.
It wasn’t until I experienced Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in my teens that I really understood the benefits of nutrition and complimentary therapies first-hand. CFS wasn’t a widely accepted or understood condition at the time so it was up to me to find my way through it and, after six years of research, good nutrition and supportive therapies, I began to heal.
Fast-forward over a decade and I’m now a fully qualified, registered Nutritionist after studying for 3 years at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. I’m also a member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) as well as the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
I specialise in supporting women experiencing fatigue during perimenopause. This work holds deep personal meaning for me, as it is a journey, I understand first-hand. I know how disruptive and debilitating symptoms associated with perimenopause can be. Both physically and emotionally.
Through my work using a personalised, food-first approach with the Metabolic Balance® programme, I’ve seen how transformative the right nutritional support can be. When the body is given what it truly needs, energy can begin to stabilise, clarity can return, and everyday life can start to feel more manageable again.
